FAQs
What if I can't attend every live session?
Life happens. All coaching sessions are recorded and available through your client portal, so you can watch them when it's convenient. Whether you participate in the group or private experience, you'll have ongoing access to the tools and resources throughout the program.
How much time should I expect to commit each week?
RECLAIM is designed to fit into real life—not take it over.
Plan on about 90 minutes for the coaching session, along with 10–20 minutes a day to practice and integrate what you're learning. The goal isn't perfection; it's building habits that become part of your everyday life.
I already eat well and exercise. Is RECLAIM still right for me?
Many participants join RECLAIM with healthy habits already in place. The difference is learning how nourishment, movement, sleep, stress resilience, mindset, purpose, connection, and your environment work together to support healthy aging.
RECLAIM isn't about doing more — it's about building a more intentional, integrated approach to your health.
What's the difference between the Group and Private experiences?
Both follow the same five-month journey, curriculum, workbook, and RECLAIM Method.
The Group experience is designed for women in midlife who enjoy learning alongside a supportive community and begins with scheduled cohorts.
The Private experience offers the same guided journey through one-on-one coaching. It's available for both women and men, begins whenever you're ready, and provides greater scheduling flexibility and personalized support.
When does RECLAIM begin?
The Group experience is offered in small cohorts twice each year - starting in January and September.
Private coaching can begin at any time, allowing you to start when it best fits your schedule.

What happens after the five months?
The goal of RECLAIM is to help you build habits and a Healthy Aging Blueprint that continue long after the program ends.
Many participants leave feeling confident to continue on their own, while others choose to continue their journey through the Healthy Aging Coaching Partnership for ongoing guidance, accountability, and support.
