RECLAIM
A 5-Month Guided Group Coaching Experience
for Midlife Women
Build strength, energy, and capacity — for a long, healthy life.
RECLAIM is a small-group coaching program for midlife women who are ready to stop reacting to their health and start building capacity.
Capacity to move well.
Capacity to think clearly.
Capacity to stay strong, resilient, and independent as life evolves.
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about building a sustainable foundation — physically, mentally, and metabolically — so your future self has options.
Through weekly coaching, practical frameworks, and guided integration, you’ll create a Healthy Aging Blueprint — a personalized plan you can rely on for years, not just this season.
January cohort now enrolling.
Why RECLAIM Is Different
RECLAIM is not a quick fix, challenge, or temporary burst of motivation.
It works because we do the foundational work.
We learn.
We practice.
We integrate.
We repeat.
We refine.
With structure, accountability, and ongoing support, healthy habits stop feeling fragile — and start becoming part of who you are.
You won’t just learn what to do.
You’ll actually build the capacity to do it consistently in real life.
RECLAIM May Be a Strong Fit If…
You feel a bit off track — not in crisis, but ready to be more intentional
You want steady energy, strength, and resilience (not another reset)
You want to age with confidence instead of quiet anxiety
You’re tired of confusing or conflicting health advice
You want to understand how nourishment, movement, sleep, stress, and mindset actually work together
You want structure, guidance, and community — without overwhelm
This Program May Not Be for You If…
You’re looking for a shortcut or one-size-fits-all plan
You want someone to “fix” things for you
You’re not ready to practice, experiment, and reflect
You’re unwilling to give new habits time to take root
RECLAIM is especially for women who are done trying to figure this out alone.
What RECLAIM Helps You Build
RECLAIM is designed to help you:
Rebuild strength — physically, mentally, and metabolically
Improve energy, focus, and mental clarity
Strengthen stress resilience and nervous system regulation
Support hormonal and metabolic shifts in midlife
Improve sleep quality and recovery
Clarify nutrition without rigidity or confusion
Reduce inflammation and support long-term metabolic health
Create grounding daily routines that actually stick
Feel confident and capable about the years ahead
These changes don’t come from intensity — they come from consistency, structure, and support.
The RECLAIM Framework: The Seven Roots of Well-Being
Everything inside RECLAIM is grounded in the Seven Roots of Well-Being — the pillars that support vitality, longevity, and resilience in midlife.
The framework is intentionally simple, practical, and designed for real life.
1. Mindset
Shift from overwhelm and self-criticism to clarity, self-trust, and possibility.
2. Nourishment
Learn how to fuel your body in midlife — stabilizing blood sugar, supporting metabolism, and reducing inflammation.
3. Movement
Build sustainable strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular capacity that supports daily life and long-term independence.
4. Stress Resilience
Develop tools that help regulate your nervous system so you can respond to life with steadiness instead of reactivity.
5. Sleep Optimization
Improve sleep in a way that supports brain health, hormones, metabolism, and mood.
6. Low-Tox Living
Reduce hidden exposures that quietly tax your hormones and metabolic health — without overwhelm.
7. Community & Connection
Strengthen the relationships and rhythms that support emotional and physical well-being.
Why the 5-Month Structure Matters
Real change doesn’t happen in a weekend or a 30-day sprint.
It happens through:
Learning
Practicing
Integrating
Repeating
Refining
RECLAIM’s five-month structure gives you time to:
apply what you’re learning as real life happens
ask questions when challenges arise
adjust with guidance and support
allow new habits to settle into daily life
This is how change lasts.

Why I Created RECLAIM
For years, I heard the same story from women in midlife: “I know I need to make changes…I just don’t know where to start.”
Living in a body that feels different, moving through days with less energy, navigating shifting hormones, carrying more stress — it can feel like a slow drift away from the person you used to be.
I created RECLAIM to give women a clear, structured, supportive way to feel strong, grounded, and fully alive again.
Not through quick fixes or restriction, but through a thoughtful framework that respects the complexity of midlife and the science of longevity.
RECLAIM exists because you deserve a roadmap, not more noise.
A community, not another attempt to go it alone.
A framework that actually works — because it was built for this exact chapter of life.
Who RECLAIM Is For
RECLAIM is designed for women in midlife who are ready to prioritize their health with intention — and want guidance, clarity, and accountability as they do it.
You’ll feel at home here if you:
want to feel stronger, clearer, and more energized
are navigating hormonal or metabolic changes
are tired of confusing or conflicting health information
want a sustainable plan, not another “reset”
want to build habits that last through the next decade, not just the next month
are craving guidance, structure, and community
want to age with vitality and confidence
are ready to take ownership of your health, with support
And it’s especially for women who are done trying to figure this out alone.

FAQs
What if I can’t attend a live session?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your personal client portal within 24 hours. You can watch at your convenience and stay fully on track.
How much time do I need each week?
RECLAIM is structured for real life. Most women spend:
90 minutes in the weekly group session
10–20 minutes a day integrating simple habits
Optional reflection time using the workbook
The goal is sustainability, not overwhelm.
Is RECLAIM only for women?
Yes — the group program is designed specifically for women in midlife and the physiological, hormonal, and metabolic changes that accompany this chapter.
Men are welcome to work with Anne through a personalized 1:1 coaching container, which is grounded in the same RECLAIM Framework.
Do I need to already be “healthy” to join?
Not at all. Many women begin RECLAIM feeling tired, overwhelmed, confused about what to eat, or unsure where to start. The framework meets you exactly where you are.
What if I already exercise or eat well but still feel stuck?
RECLAIM goes beyond isolated habits. You’ll learn how movement, nourishment, mindset, stress resilience, and sleep all work together — and how to build a personalized plan that finally makes things click.
Will I receive a meal plan?
Instead of rigid meal plans, you’ll learn how to build meals that stabilize blood sugar, support metabolism, and work for your unique body and lifestyle. You’ll also have access to recipe tools and nourishment resources.
How is this different from 1:1 coaching?
RECLAIM offers structure, education, community, and a five-month guided journey.
1:1 Coaching provides deeper personalization, more frequent support, and a fully customized plan.
Many women complete RECLAIM and then continue with private coaching for next-level refinement.
Can HSA/FSA funds be used?
Some clients have successfully used HSA/FSA funds with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their healthcare provider. Coverage varies by plan.
When does the next cohort begin?
RECLAIM runs twice a year. Waitlist members receive the start date, schedule, and full details before the program is announced publicly.
How many women are in each cohort?
Enrollment is intentionally small — creating a supportive environment and ensuring personalized attention throughout the program.
What’s the commitment level?
You’ll get the most from RECLAIM if you’re ready for structure, support, and accountability. The framework is intentionally paced, helping you incorporate habits in a way that feels achievable, not overwhelming. Obviously the more focus and action you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it!
What is the investment?
Program details — including pricing — are shared directly when you request new details.
