You can experience the framework inside my signature group program - created for women in midlife (and offered just twice a year) or through personalized 1:1 coaching, which is available to both women and men who want a deeply tailored approach.

The Seven Roots of RECLAIM

These seven roots form the foundation of long-term vitality, health span, and well-being.

Your beliefs shape your behaviors. We work on shifting from overwhelm or perfectionism to clarity, confidence, and possibility. Mindset becomes the soil from which all other habits grow.

2. Nourishment

No rigid rules or restrictive plans. RECLAIM teaches a clear, science-informed approach to nourishment that supports stable energy, blood sugar balance, metabolic health, and long-term strength. You’ll learn how to simplify eating, tune into your body’s needs, and build a way of nourishing yourself that feels both grounding and sustainable.

3. Movement

Strength is essential, but it’s only one piece. In RECLAIM, you’ll learn the four pillars that support functional longevity: strength training, daily movement, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Through the Centenarian Olympics framework, we identify the physical abilities you want to preserve for life — and create simple, sustainable practices to support them.

4. Stress Resilience

Stress is inevitable — but how you respond to it changes everything. We explore simple, practical ways to regulate your nervous system, build emotional steadiness, and create space for recovery. Instead of aiming for a stress-free life, you’ll develop resilience that supports your hormone balance, metabolism, sleep, and overall well-being.

5. Sleep Optimization

Sleep is your most powerful recovery tool, especially in midlife. You’ll learn how to support your circadian rhythm, improve sleep quality, and create realistic nighttime rituals that help your body repair, restore, and recharge. Small shifts lead to big improvements in energy, mood, and metabolic health.

6. Low-Tox Living

Midlife is a perfect time to reduce unnecessary exposures that tax your hormones, immune system, and metabolic health. RECLAIM focuses on simple, sensible swaps — not extremes — to help you lower your toxic load in ways that are practical, accessible, and easy to maintain..
